CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR No. 79/13 dated 09/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Inder Singh S/O Sh. Gita Ram R/O Vill. Saghani PO Katindhi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is posted in GSSS Tandu as a lecture. On 09/10/13 a maxi cab (HP01M-0940) came very rashly and negligently and hit his scooter (HP337267) and he sustained injuries. HC Raj Kumar No. 49 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

2.      Case FIR No. 253/13 dated 09/10/13 U/S 325,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Kuldeep Chand S/O Sh. Balya Ram Ram R/O VPO Brang Tehsil Sarkagaht Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/09/13 Mohammad Khan and his associates beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Sawan Kumar No. 917 I.O. of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRCTING WAY,HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3.      Case FIR No. 251/13 dated 09/10/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Devinder Kumar S/O Sh. Tara Chand R/O Tandu Mandi that on 09/10/13 Hansu RO Skor obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 32 I.O. of City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.      Case FIR No. 252/13 dated 09/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Abhishek Malhota S/O Sh. Parladha Malhora that on 09/10/13 he was he was going by his scooty (HP33C-6083) and when reached near Rani-Ki-Bain, a jeep (H34-6258) came from opposite side very negligently, hit him and he sustained injuries. HC Hem Raj No. 883 I.O. of Highway Sadar is investigating the case.

5.      Case FIR No. 82/13 dated 09/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC & U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Hukam Chand S/O Sh. Keshav Ram R/O Vill. Jaral PO Jugaham Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/10/13 he was going to his home and on the way a M/Cycle (HP34A-8331) hit his cycle and sped away from the spot. HC Chaman Lal No. 12 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6.      Case FIR No. 220/13 dated 10/10/13 U/S 341,323,504,506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Lal VPO Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/10/13 he along with his friend Ankush Kumar were going to his home by his M./Cycle and at about 09.30 PM when they reached near Chahari, in the mean time Chhotu Ram S/O Sh. Bali Ram and Manoj Kumar S/O Sh. Nikka Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Chaman Lal No. 895 I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

7.      78 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14,500/-  was recovered under M.V. Act     during last 24 hours.
