CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1.     Case FIR No. 249/13 dated 07/10/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Vijay Kumar I.O. of SIU Mandi (HP) that on 07/10/2013 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3000 ML Country Liquor and 7500 ML Engish wine  from the possession of Pami Devi W/O Sh. Geeta Nand R/O Kathalag PO Padhiyun Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Vijay Kumar I.O. of SIU Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, ASSAULT, WORD, GESTURE OR ACT INTENDED TO INSULT THE MODESTY OF A WOMAN

2.     Case FIR No. 218/13 dated 07/10/13 U/S 341,323,504,355,509,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Savitri Devi D/O Sh. Balak Ram R/O VPO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/10/13 Bindra Devi obstructed her way and beat her up along with her two/three. SI Rattan Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

3.     Case FIR No. 219/13 dated 07/10/13 U/S 452,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Bindra Devi W/O Sh. Ramesh Chand R/O Vill. Chhattar PO Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/10/13 Savitri Devi entered in her house beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundenragar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4.     Case FIR No. 246/13 dated 07/10/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Neelda Dolma W/O Sh. Bhag Singh VPO Rewalsr Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/10/13 Renchu Ram and his son beat her up along with her servant and they sustained injuries. HC Lal Singh No. 80 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

Khub Ram R/O Vill.Rohan PO Kahan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/10/13 Bishan Dass @ Ram Lal,Santosh Kumar, Jai Singh and Kamali Devio R/O Rohan PO Kahan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) beat her up and she sustained injuries. ASI Suresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

6.     Case FIR No. 250/13 dated 08/10/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Kamla Devi W/O Sh. Rattan Chand R/O Vill. Nalta Sarsehda PO Naubahi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/10/13 Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Raghu Nath R/O Vill. Nalta Sarsedha PO Naubahi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed her way and beat her up. SI (Prob.) Anil Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

7.     109 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 19,500/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 5 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
