CASE OF NDPS ACT
1. Case FIR No. 215/13 dated 04/10/13 U/S 20, 29 NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by SI (P) Hans Raj I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 04/10/13 he laid a nakka along with other police officials and during the course of nakka he recovered 420 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Sahil Kaushal S/O Sh. Maya Ishwar Dutt R/O H. No. 594 phase 1A Shivalik Avenue Naya Nangal District Ropar (PB), Rajan Sharma S/O Sh. Abinas Kumar R/O Shyam Pura Collony near Bela Chowk Tehsil Ropar (PB) and Sunny Gupta S/O Sh. Vijay Kumar R/O H. No. 115/2 Upper Roopnagar Jammu (J&K). SI (Prob.) Hans Raj I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
2. 91 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6600/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 11 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
