CASE UNDER FOREST ACT & THEFT
1. Case FIR No. 111/13 dated 02/10/13 U/S 41,42, Indian Forest Act and U/S 379,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh Incharge Police Post Janjehali that on 02/10/13 he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Odidhar (Lassi) and during the course of nakka he carried out checking of a vehicle (HP32A-1039) and recovered 32 sleepers of cedar (deodar) from said vehicle along which are being transported illegally by Ved Prakashm Ghanshyam and Bhup Singh who were also sat inside the above mentioned vehicle. ASI Jeet Singh Incharge Police Post Janjehali is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No. 246/13 dated 01/10/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Shakuntla Devi W/O Ratanu R/O Vill. Luhakhar PO Thauna Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/10/13 Goverdhan, Sarla Devi and Anju Devi obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Inder Singh No. 7 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
3. Case FIR No. 241/13 dated 02/10/2013 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Murari Lal S/O Sh. Khem Chand R/O Sethal PO Rajwari Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/10/13 Manoj Ku,ar obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Naresh Kumar No. 862 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4. 68 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,000/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was issued under M.V. Act and fine Rs. 100 was recovered during last 24 hours.
