CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 262/13 dated 29/10/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Gagan Sharma S/O Sh. Devki Nandan Sharma R/O Rani Ki Bain that on 29/10/13 driver of car (HP36A-6494) drove it very rashly and negligently as a result of which it rolled down from the road and driver of said car expired on the spot. ASI Karam Singh I.O. of Highway patrol Sadar is investigating the case.
CASE UNDER PREVENTION OF DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPETRY ACT & MISCHIEF
2. Case FIR No. 274/13 dated 29/10/13 U/S 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act and 430 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Navneet Kumar S/O Sh. Daya Ram R/O Vill. Sai PO Jugahan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) presently posted as SDO (Telecom) Nerchowk Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/10/13 a Contractor of HPPWD damaged the cables of BSNL department having approximately cost of Rs. 9.75 lacs. SI Sandeep Sharma I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3. Case FIR No. 90/13 dated 29/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Vill. Kalanghar PO Nagwain Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/10/13 at about 9 PM he was going to his home along with Yeshpal, Naresh Kumar and Vijay Kumar and when they reached at Nagwain, a car (HR10-2902) came from Mandi side and hit his friends Yesh Pal, Naresh Kumar and Vijay Kumar sustained injuries. HC Kuldeep Sen No. 409 I.O. P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
38 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 3000/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 7 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered during last 24 hours
