CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS & HURT

1. Case FIR No. 113/13 dated 12/10/13 U/s 451,323 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Sewki Devi W/O Sh. Puran Chand R/O Vill. Surah PO Nandi Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/10/13 Bahadur Singh beat up her son Naresh Kumar and he also threw her on the ground due to which she along with her son sustained injuries. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

2. Case FIR No. 253/13 dated 12/10/13 U/S 498A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Saloni @ Shusham Lata W/O Sh. Vijay Kumar R/O Vill. Kuthah PO Janjehali Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) at present C/O Sh. Jagan Nath-II 183/3 Palce Colony Hospital Road Mandi (HP) that her husband and mother-in-laws harassing her since January 2012 and they are also demanding dowry. HC Nand Lal No. 892 I.O. of P.P. City is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND THEFT

3. Case FIR No. 250/13 dated 12/10/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Paras Ram S/O Late Sh. Budhu Ram VPO Rajwari Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that during the intervening night of 11-12/10/13 some unknown culprits stole away 7 gas cylinders from his shop by breaking of lock. SI (Prob.) Munesh Raj I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No. 84/13 dated 11/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registgered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh.Gulzari Lal S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O Vill. Bagga PO Sainj Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/10/13 he was travelling from Mandi to Kullu by a bus (HP65-4481) and when said bus reached at Rainsh nullah, truck (HP32A-1584) came very rashly and negligently from Kullu side and hit hit their bus due to which ¾ persons sustained injuries. HC Krishan Chand No. 3 I.O. of Highway patrol is investigating the case.

5.      106 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 21,200/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 8 challans were issued under COTPA and fin of Rs. 700/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
