CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 260/13 dated 25/10/13 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by SI Vijay Pal that a M/Cycle (JK10-7933) struck with a bus (HP65-5144) and M/Cycle rider off Israeli nation namely Elad Yaakov, Fishman died on the spot. SI Vijay Kumar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No. 261/13 dated 25/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Gambhira Ram S/O Sh. Faganu Ram R/O Diyari PO Tilli Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that driver of tractor (HP65-2269) drove it very rashly and negligently and he sustained injuries. HC Manoj Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3. Case FIR No. 270/13 dated 25/10/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by ASI Nasib Singh Incharge Police Post Dharampur that his was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dhawali and during the course of patrolling he recovered 24 bottles (9000 ML) country liquor from the possession of Manjit Kumar S/O Sh. Bhagmal R/O VPO Dhawali Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Nasib Singh Incharge Police Post Dharampur is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4. 85 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,000/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 5 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
