CASE OF HURT
1. Case FIR No. 151/13 dated 03/10/13 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Beli Ram S/O Sh. Fithu Ram R/O Vill. Balakrupi Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Sushil Kumar S/O Late Sh. Inder Singh R/O Vill. Balak beat him and he sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No. 214/13 dated 03/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Vijay Kumar No. 862 I.O. of P.S. Balh that today at about 8 AM a tractor (HP32-0965) met with an accident near Masyani Link Road and driver of said tractor sustained injuries. HC Vijay Kumar No. 862 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3. Case FIR No. 214/13 dated 03/10/13 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Ram Sawaroop Incharge Police Post Dehar that on 03/10/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bhantrahar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 40500 ML English wine, 27000 ML country liquor from the possession of Nand Lal S/O Sh. Malo Ram R/O VPO Baroti Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Ram Swaroop Incharge Police Post Slapper is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4. Case FIR No. 152/13 dated 04/10/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Bhagat Ram S/O Late Sh. Hira Lal R/O Vill. Batoha PO Nihri Sub Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/10/13 he along with Dhameshwar Dutt were going for taking their dinner towards the hotel of Jhabe Ram,in the mean time a pickup van (HP30-0356) came very rashly and hit to Dhameshwar Dutt who fell down on the road and succumbed to his injuries at PHC Nihri. ASI Shanti Swaroop Incharge Police Post Pangna is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
5. 86 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,850/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 3 challans were was issued under M.V. Act and fine Rs. 300 was recovered during last 24 hours.
