CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.     Case FIR No.115/13 dated 12/10/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI Naveen Jhalta SHO P.S. Gohar that on 12/10/13 he was on patrolling in the areas of  Lambathach along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1 KG cannabis (charas) from the possession of  Nar Singh S/O Sh. Swaru Ram R/O Chalehar PO Silhibagi Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Naveen Jhalta SHO P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2.     Case FIR No.116/13 dated 13/10/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI (Prob.) Nirmal Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Jashan and during the course of patrolling he recovered 200 grams cannabis (charas) from the possession of Dola Ram S/O Sh. Shobe Ram R/O Tharan PO Shilhibagi Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP). SI (Prob.) Nirmal Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.     Case FIR No. 114/13 dated 12/10/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Jai Kumar S/O Sh. Prittam Lal R/O Gharin PO Chhattari Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/10/13 pick-up van (HP31B-0453) fell down from the road at Bethuan nullah and in this incident two persons namely Sher Singh and Dalu Ram died on the spot whereas  Santohs Kumar and Khem Singh sustained injuries. ASI Kuldeep Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.  

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY,HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4.     Case FIR No. 253/13 dated 13/10/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Lekh Ram S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O VPO Gaggal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/10/13 Ram Dass obstructed is way and beat him up. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O.of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5.     Case FIR No. 252/13 date 12/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Deepak Thakur S/O Sh. Dev Raj R/OKhathar District Bilaspur (HP) that on 12/10/13 he was going to Kullu by his M/Cycle (HP24B-1108) and when he reached near SBP Nerchowk another M/Cycle came from opposite side and collided with his M/Cycle and they sustained injuries. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCINDET

6.     Case FIR No. 255/13 dated 12/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by SI Sandeep I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that on 12/10/13 at about 2.40 PM a HRTC bus (HP28-7506)   was on its way from Mandap to Sarkaghat and when said bus reached near Chhimba Balh, driver of said bus lost control over it and fell down about 25 meters downwards and   27 occupants of said bus sustained injuries. SI (Prob.) Sandeep Kumar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

7.     Case FIR No. 80/13 dated 12/10/13 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by ASI Jagdish Chand I.O. of P.S. Padhar that on 12/10/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Katipari and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4500 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Kishan Chand R/O Vill. Garlog PO Kunnu Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Jagdish Chand I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

8.     Case FIR No. 81/13 dated 12/10/13 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by ASI Hasham Ali I.O. of P.S.Padhar that on 12/10/13 at about 06.30 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kotropi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 8250 ML English wine from the possession of Dalbir Singh S/O Sh. Brahm Dass R/O Vill. Mashwahan PO Urla Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Hasham Ali I.O. of P.S.Padhar is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

9.     106 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 21,200/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 8 challans were issued under COTPA and fin of Rs. 700/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
