CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, INTIMIDATION, MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.      Case FIR No. 246/13 dated 05/10/2013 U/S 451,504,427,506 & 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Ajit Pal Singh S/O Late Sh. Harcharan Singh R/O House No. 151/11 Tarna Road Mandi (HP) that he is owner of Hotel Monal. On 05/10/13 at about 07.30 PM Lalit Kumar and Raman Thakur abused him and also broke the TV, chair and glass of his hotel. HC Nand Lal No. 892 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 216/13 dated 06/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on complaint of Tanya Thakur D/O Sh. Lal Singh R/O Vill. Ropa PO Kuhamjhwad Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) that on 06/10/13 she along with Hima Devi went to Dadaur and when they reached at Bus Stand Sundernagar, a car (HP03C-1631) came from Bilaspur side very rashly and hit her along with her friend Hima Devi and they sustained injuries. HC Khem Chand No. 47 I.O. of TTR wing  Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3.      Case FIR No. 247/13 dated 05/10/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint  of Sh. Goverdhan Dass S/O Sh. Biri Chand R/O Vill. Luhakhar PO Thauna Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/10/13 Rattanu and his wife Shakuntal Devi obstructing his way and beat him up. HC Inder Singh No. 7 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF HURT

4.      Case FIR No. 80/13 dated 05/10/13 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kulbir Singh S/O Sh. Deep Kumar R/O Vill. Fagwao PO Jai Devi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/10/13 Chuni Lal beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sunderngar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

5.       93 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 25,650/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 5 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
