CASE OF OBSTRUTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No. 238/13 dated 30/09/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Hem Raj @ Raju S/O Late Sh. Mathra Dass R/O Bhadyal PO Tikker Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/09/13 Sonu resident of Rathoha along with his friends obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
2. 53 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6800/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine Rs. 200 was recovered during last 24 hours.
