CASE OF NDPS ACT
1. Case FIR No. 83/13 dated 10/10/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by SI Binny Minhas SHO P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that on 10/10/13 he recovered 830 gram unclaimed cannabis (charas) from the Ropari jungle which was lying there. SI Binny Minhas SHO P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
2. Case FIR No. 249/13 dated 11/10/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Tej Singh S/O Late Sh. Mahant Ram R/O Gutka Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Vicky obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Chint Ram No. 873 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3. Case FIR No. 248/13 dated 10/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Rekha Devi W/O Sh. Rajesh Kumar R/O VPO Lohara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/10/13 a scooter came very rashly and skidded near Bhangrotu due to which rider and pillion of said scooter were sustained injuries. HC Vijay Kumar No. 862 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4. 84 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,900/- was recovered under M.V. Act during last 24 hours.
