CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESASS, HURT, THEFT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.      Case FIR No. 152/13 dated 08/10/13 U/S 451,323,379,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the written complaint of  Sh. Yusuf Khan S/O Sh. Nabab Khan T/O Vill. Samod (Kumahrnu) PO Balh Kawar Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) that Daler Khan S/O Sh. Nabab Khan and Anwar Khan S/O Sh. Spok Khan R/O Vill. Samod PO Bakh Kawar Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) entered in his land, cut the grass and sold it.    Incharge Police Post Ladbharol is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2.      Case FIR No. 247/13 dated 08/10/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Anil Kumar S/O Sh. Chaudhari Ram R/O Vill. Jajrout PO Balt Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/10/13 Mahavir Rana resident of Nerchowk obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Nasresh Kumar No. 862 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

3.      Case FIR No. 250/13 dated 08/10/13 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Kanhyia Lal Thakur, Executive Officer Nagar Parishad Mandi (HP) that during the intervening night of 07-08/10/13 some unknown culprits stole away some articles i.e. Fumigator, Operation Table, Dog catching Rod etc. from Chhipanu Bijani (HP). ASI Narsh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.      Case FIR No. 251/13 dated 08/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Joginder Kumar S/O Sh. Kripal R/O Vill. Jamnone PO Baldeara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/10/13 he was going towards Jahu and when he reached at Lower Khudla, in the mean time a truck (HP11-2863) hit a M/Cycle (HP28C-0310) and rider of said M/Cycle Hem Raj VPO Khudla sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal No. 28 I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCINDENT

5.      Case FIR No. 252/13 dated 08/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Manohar Lal S/O Sh. Shiv Ram R/O Vill. Tarandola PO Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/10/13 diver of a tipper (HP28-2858) Nand Kishore lost control over it and fell down about 80 meters downwards. SI Sunil Kumar Incharge Police Post Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.      Case FIR No. 81/13 dated 08/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Chiranji Lal S/O Sh. Rajesh Kumar R/O Vill. Bhat PO Churadh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/10/13 a tractor (HP65-1444) came from Sundernagar side and hit a scooty (HP31B-1255) at Dhanotu both occupants of said scooty sustained injuries.

7. 78 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14,500/-   was recovered under M.V. Act     during last 24 hours.
