CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.      Case FIR No. 228/13 dated 19/10/13 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Roop Lal S/O Sh. Nand Lal VPO Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/10/13 Hushan Lal S/O Sh. Khem Chand VPO Jarol beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Brij Lal Incharge Police Post Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2.      Case FIR No. 157/13 dated 19/10/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Vinod Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/10/13 at about 3.30 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Gumma and during the course of patrolling he recovered 16500 ML (22 bottles) of English Wine from the possession of Fateh Singh S/O Late Sh. Rattan Dass R/O Lunapani PO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Vinod Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

3.      Case FIR No. 263/13 dated 19/10/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Bhuri Singh S/O Sh. Chamaru Ram R/O Vill. Jodhan PO Sajaopiplu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/10/13 Kulbhushan, Kahni Devi and Mamta Devi obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Nand Lal No. 41 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

4.      Case FIR No. 264/13 dated 20/10/13 U/S 341,323,447,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Rajesh S/O Sh. Dharam Singh R/O Vill. Chandpur PO Khauda Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that today Jitender Kumar, Ranjeet Singh,Kunta Devi and Dharam Chand obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Nand Lal No. 41I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.  

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT, ASSAULT AND INTIMIDATION

5.      Case FIR No. 265/13 dated 20/10/13 U/S 451,323,355,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Shakuntla Devi W/O Sh. Ranjeet Singh R/O Vill. Chandpur PO Khauda Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that today Rajesh S/O Sh Dharam Singh resident of same locality entered in her courtyard and beat her up. ASI Hari Ram I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
