CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1. Case FIR No. 118/13 dated 16/10/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint Sh. Dhani Ram S/O Sh. Maya Ram R/O Vill. Saryogi PO Bagachanogi Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/10/13 at about 7 PM Bhupinder Singh and Mohinder Singh obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Krishan Lal No. 900 I.O. of P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

2. Case FIR No. 258/13 dated 17/10/13 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Prem Chand S/O Sh. Hem Raj R/O Vill. Dusra PO Thinagalu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that during the intervening night of 16-17/10/13 some unknown culprits stole away 16 gram gold from his shop at Durgapur. HC Lal Singh No. 80 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 154/13 dated 16/10/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/10/13 he was on parolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered  9000 ML country liquor from the possession of  Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Roop Singh R/O Vill. Ghatasani PO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) ASI Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4. Case FIR No. 223/13 dated 16/10/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by SI Rattan Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 16/10/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Sundernagar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 liters illicit liquor from the possession of Smt. Gangi Devi W/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Vill. Naun Jaral PO Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Rattan Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES,OBSTRUCTING WAY,HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 257/13 dated 16/10/13 U/S 498A,342,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Judhya Devi W/O Sh. Ranjeet Singh R/O Vill. Ropa Thater PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/10/13 her husband Ranjeet Singh, her borther-in-law Desh Raj & his wife Nisha Devi and her mother in-law Savitri Devi beat her up and thereafter locked her in the kitchen. SI Sunil Kumar Incharge P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

6. Case FIR No. 258/13 dated 16/10/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by SI Sandeep I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that on 16/10/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Gharwasra and during the course of patrolling he recovered 27000 ML country liquor from the possession of  Sandeep Kumar SW/O Sh. Om Prakash R/O Vill. Pipali PO Darwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Sandeep Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

7. Case FIR No. 154/13 dated 16/10/13 U/S 447,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Balak Ram S/O Sh. Darshu R/O Vill. Prathti PO Dharmour Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/10/13 a JCB entered in his land without his consent and started cutting on this land, on objecting driver of said JCB beat him up. HC Ranjeet Singh No. 71 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

8. Case FIR No. 155/13 dated 16/10/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Neelam Kumar VPO Harsor Tehsil Barsar Distt.Hamirpur (HP) that on 16/10/13 he was working on the road of PWD department with his JCB, in the mean time  Balak Ram S/O Sh. Darshu Ram R/O Vill. Parathati PO Dharampur Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) came there broke the mirror of his JCB machine. ASI Amar Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

9. Case FIR No. 254/13 dated 16/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Kumari Chetan Sen D/O Sh. Mahesh Kumar R/O VPO Talyarh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/10/13 a car (HP33T-9916) came from Gandhi Chowk side, hit her and sped away from the spot. HC Inder Singh No. 888 I.O. of TTR Wing is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

10. Case FIR No. 255/13 dated 16/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Sudan Ram R/O Nand Lal Complex Bhiuli PO Purani Mandi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/10/13 a car (HP33C-5688) came from Sundernagar side and hit an auto (HP65-2492) near by pass road Mandi. HC Manoj Kumar No. 50 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

11.  58  challans were issued and fine of Rs. 5800/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 6 challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine Rs. 700 was recovered during last 24 hours.
