CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 89/13 dated 22/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajat Kumar S/O Late Sh. Lekh Raj R/O VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/10/13 he was going to his home by his scooty, in the mean time a car (HP55-6037) came from Dhanotu side hit a M/Cycle (HP31A-2721) and rider of said M/Cycle sustained injuries. ASI Rajender Thakur I.O. of BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF NON-ATTENDANCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM PUBLIC SERVANT
2. Case FIR No. 120/13 dated 23/10/13 U/S 174 A IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar by HC Prabhakar Ram No. 872 that on 22/10/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he arrested Jashwant Singh @ Kala S/O Sh. Sohan Singh R/O Baldevnagar Gali No. 6 Jodhewal Basti Ludhiana (Punjab) who was declared proclaimed offender by the court of Ld SDJM Gohar on 24/112/2008. HC Prabhakar Ram No. 872 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
3. Case FIR No. 267/13 dated 23/10/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Raju Ram S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Vill. Chhek Balhara PO Maseran Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/10/13 Ramesh Kumar, his wife and brother obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Suresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

4. 45 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6600/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
