CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1.      Case FIR No. 233/13 dated 23/10/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Daya Ram S/O Sh. Jiyunu Ram R/O Vill. Ratog PO Kangu Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/10/13 his daughter-in-law Pushpa Devi obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Hem Raj No. 19 I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

2.      Case FIR No. 234/13 dated 23/10/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Pushpa Devi W/O Sh. Sohan Lal R/O Vill. Ratog PO Kangu Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/10/13 her father-in-law Daya Ram and her sister-in-law Neema Devi obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Chaman Lal No. 895 I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

3.      Case FIR No. 235/13 dated 23/10/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Surinder Pal S/O Sh. Lekh Ram R/O Vill. Bhantrehar PO Baroti Tehsil Sundernagr distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/10/13 he was going to Barman by his scooter and when he reached at Dehar, Chaina Ram R/O Nanhol obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Chaman Lal No. 895 I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

4.      Case FIR No. 264/13 dated 23/10/13 U/S 454,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Bali Bhadar S/O Late Sh. Nikka Ram R/O Vill. Darvyas PO Thina Galu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/10/13 they were working in their fields, in the mean time some unknown persons stole away golden ornaments from his house by breaking the lock of the door of his house. ASI Shushil Guleria I/C P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING AND FORGERY

5.      Case FIR No. 268/13 dated 24/10/13 U/S 420,467,468 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ravinder Singh Jamwal S/O Sh. Mohan Singh Jamwal R/O Vill. Upper Sohar PO Sandhole Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/10/13 he visited the Petrol Pump at Sandhole and when he was talking with the owner of patrol pump, Miky and  Ajit Singh R/O Mujafarnagar who were working in his patrol pump tore two cheques from his cheque book and withdrew sum of Rs. 2,70,000/- from his account. ASI Bidhi Chand Incharge Police Post Sandhole is investigating the case.

6.      79 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9000/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 5 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
