CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR No. 112/13 dated 03/10/2013 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Surajmani S/O Late Sh. Anant Ram R/O Vill.Shaglu PO Bassi Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that today a car (HP 33C-4857) fell down from the road and one occupant namely Khem Chand sustained injuries. ASI Vinod Kumar I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND DISOBEDIENCE TO ORDER DULY PROMULGATED BY PUBLIC SERVANT

2.      Case FIR No. 213/13 dated 02/10/13 dated 341,188 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Brij Lal Incharge Police Post Slapper that that on 02/10/13 Sohan Singh S/O Sh. Gopal Ram violated the orders of Hon'ble High Court and constructed a Khokha on Ahan towards Kayan road. ASI Brij Lal Incharge Police Post Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.      Case FIR No. 212/13 dated 02/10/13 U/S 279,336,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Prakash S/O Sh. Brestu Ram VPO Harabag Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/09/13 he was coming along with his father from Bhawana to Harabag by his M/Cycle (HP31A-5058) and when they reached near Harabag, in the mean time a pickup (PB65G-1466) came from Sundernagar side very rashly and hit his M/Cycle and they fell down on the road and sustained injuries. ASI Khalil Ahmad is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.      Case FIR No. 150/13 dated 02/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the statement of Sh. Daman Deep S/O Sh. Dharamvir R/O Vill. Seri Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/10/13 a car (HP34-5108) came from came very rashly from Jogindernagar side and fell down from the road and occupants of said vehicle sustained injuries. ASI Govind Pal Incharge Highway patrol is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5.      Case FIR No. 79/13 dated 03/10/13 U/S 452, 323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Urmila Devi W/O Sh. Hukam Chand R/O Kushla PO Jai Devi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today at about 7 AM her brother-in-law Chint Ram entered in her kitchen beat her up. HC Dharam Chand No. 897 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6.      Case FIR No. 151/13 dated 03/10/13 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by SI Rajesh Kumar SHO P.S. Karsog that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bhanthal and during the course of patrolling he recovered 18000 ML country liquor from the possession of Hukam Chand S/O Sh. Lachhu Ram R/O Vill. Khil PO Bharmaur. SI Rajesh Kumar SHO P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

7.      93  challans were issued and fine of Rs. 21,400/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were  was issued under M.V. Act and fine Rs. 200 was recovered during last 24 hours.
