CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 224/13 dated 17/10/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 17/10/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Jarol, during the course of patrolling he recovered 3 grams of cannabis (charas) and 143 gram powder of leaves of  cannabis (charas) from the possession of Om Prakash S/O Sh. Saran Dass VPO Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP).

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2. Case FIR No. 226/13 dated 18/10/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by HC Lalit Kumar No. 26  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that today he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Pungh and during the course of nakka he recovered 26 gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Vinod Kumar @ Sunny S/O Sh. Balbir Singh R/O Vill. Druman PO Kandyoh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). HC Lalit Kumar No. 26 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

3. Case FIR No. 225/13 dated 18/10/13 U/S 323,324,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt Babli Devi W/O Sh. Lekh Rah R/O Vill. Nalni PO Maloh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/10/13 Prem Lal, Kalpi Devi, Chamari Devi and Nadn lal beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Ravinder Singh No. 863 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No. 88/13 dated 18/10/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Ram Dass S/O Sh. Tara Chand R/O VPO Sudhar Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/10/13 at about 2 PM he was travelling by a tempo (HP29-3237) and when said tempo reached at Chhalang near Hanogi, driver Amar Singh S/O Sh. Sharu Ram R/O Dhangwandhar was driving very rashly and negligently and struck the tempo with a rock and driver Amar Singh fell down on the road who sustained injuries and later on he succumbed to his injuries.  ASI Mohar Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 119/13 dated 18/10/13 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Sangat Ram S/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O VPO Bara Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/10/13 Beshar Singh and Leela Devi obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Birbal Singh No. 72 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6. Case FIR NO. 256/13 dated 18/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Geeta Devi W/O Sh. Bihari Lal R/O Vill. Basta PO Pandoh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that today at about 12.25 PM a M/Cycle (HP29A-0863) came from Mandi bazaar side and hit her husband Sh.Bihari Lal who sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal No. 909 I.O. of Highway Traffic is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY,HURT AND INTIMIDATION

7. Case FIR No. 259/13 dated 17/10/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Durga Dutt S/O Sh. Khullu Ram R/O Vill. Dakhyara PO Thinagalu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/10/13 his son and daughter-in-law beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Lal Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

8.      61 challans were issued and fine of Rs.7600/- was recovered under M.V. Act & 10 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 800 was recovered during last 24 hours.
