CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.      Case FIR No. 82/13 dated 14/10/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by SI Vinod Thakur I.O. of P.S. Padhar that today he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Tyuni bridge and during the course of nakka he recovered 850 gram cannabis from the possession of Bhim Chand S/O Sh. Gayaru Ram R/O Dagwaan PO Sudhar Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Vinod Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2.      Case FIR No. 85/13 dated 14/10/13 U/S 20,29 NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by SI Anil Kumar SHO P.S. Aut that today he laid a nakka at Shili Largi along with other police officials and during the course of nakka he recovered 1 KG 10 Gram cannabis (Charas) from the possession of Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Prem Lal Sharma R/O Vill. Naingujra PO Rohin Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) and Kuldeep  Bhushan S/O Sh. Shankar Dass R/O VIll. Kuffari PO Gohar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Anil Kumar SHO P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3.      Case FIR No. 254/13 date 13/10/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Lalit Kumar S/O Sh. Surinder Kumar R/O Vill. Dharwahan PO Ratti Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/10/13 Manu and Ravinder @ Raju obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.      Case FIR No. 255/13 dated 14/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Omesh Kumar S/O Sh. Brij Lal Sharma VPO Gagal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today at about 12.30 PM a bike (HP33B-3733) came very rashly and negligently from Mandi side and hit a lady namely Smt. Nirmla Devi and she sustained injuries. HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

5.      35 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7400/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 4 challans were issued under COTPA and fin of Rs. 400/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
