CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 84/13 dated 14/10/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by ASI Rajender Thakur  that on 14/10/13 at about 5 PM he laid a nakka along with police party at Naresh Chowk and during the course of nakka he recovered 33 grams cannabis (charas) from the possession of  Abhishek Singh S/O Sh. Tej Naryana Singh R/O Sidharthpuri Road No.1  Manpuri Gaya Distt. Gaya Bihar. ASI Rajender Thakur is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2. Case FIR No. 86/13 dated 15/10/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by SI Binny Minhas that today at about 10.15 AM he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Naresh Chowk  and during the course of nakka he recovered 30 gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Girimer Singh S/O Sh. Manjeet Singh R/O Kila Harnam Singh PO Talaniya Tehsil & Distt. Fatehpur Punjab. SI Binny Minhas SHO P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF NDPS ACT

3.      Case FIR No. 256/13 dated 14/10/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Nagchala and during the course of patrolling he recovered 25 gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Sohan Singh S/O Late Sh. Malangar Singh R/O Vill. Nagchala Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No. 85/13 dated 15/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Chand S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O VPO Chambi Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) presently posted as HHG in PS BSL Colony Sundernagar that on 14/10/13 at about 11.45 PM he was on patrolling duty near Tail Control, in the mean time a Tata Sumo (HP01M-3840) came from Dhanotu side very rashly and struck with a parked car (HP39B-0586) in front of Hotel Beas View. ASI Trilok Chand is investigating the case.

 

CASE UNDER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT

5. Case FIR No. 221/13 dated 14/10/13 U/S 66  C& D of Information Technology Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the written complaint of Rajat Sharma Dy. Manager NTPC, B-7, NTPC Township, Jamthal PO Barmana District Bilaspur (HP) that some fraudulent transactions were made from Indian Overseas Bank by using credit card No. 4262410200197149 and withdrawn a sum of  Rs. 13,400/- . Inspr. Jagdish Chand SHO of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

6.      Case FIR No. 256/13 dated 15/10/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Ganga Ram S/O Sh. Sunder Singh R/O Vill. Bararta PO Dev Bararta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that Sohan Singh and his family members obstructed the way of his brother Prem Singh and beat him up. SI (Prob.) Anil Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

7.      83 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,600/-   was recovered under M.V. Act    during last 24 hours.
