CRIME REPORT 16 OCT

CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.      Case FIR No. 83/13 dated 16/10/13 U/S 20 of  NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by SI (Prob.) Amrik Chand I.O. of P.S. Padhar that on today he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Sanehar and during the course of nakka he revered 70 gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Ratku W/O Late Sh. Sheru Ram VPO Kathog Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI (Prob.) Amrik Chand I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2.      Case FIR No. 222/13 dated 15/10/13 U/S  39 of  Exercise Act  has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar  by ASI Shiv Kumar I/O of P.S. Sundernagar  that on 15/10/13  at about 10:45 PM   he laid a Nakka along with other police officials at  Pungh  and during the course of nakka he   recovered 9000 ML English Wine and 25500 ML Country Liquor  from above said Jeep which was driven by driver Virender Kumar  S/O Sh.  Khem Chand  R/O Ropari PO Baggi Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi (HP).   ASI Shiv Kumar I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3.      Case  FIR  NO 86/13 dated 15/10/13 U/S 341, 323, 504  IPC   has  been registered in P.S Aut on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar  S/O Sh.  Ram Dayal R/O Ropa PO Sayari Distt. Mandi(HP) that on 14/10/13   at about 9 PM Lekh Ram S/O Sh.  Balak Ram  resident of same locality obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Kuldeep Kumar I/O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.   

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND ACT INTENDED TO INSULT THE MODESTY OF A WOMAN

4.      Case FIR No. 87/13 dated 15/10/13 U/S 451,323,504,509,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Muni Lal S/O Sh. Budhu Ram R/O VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/10/14 Shyam Lal. Ram Chander, Guru Prasad and Gulabi Devi entered in his courtyard and beat him up along with his wife. HC Chaman Lal No. 12 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundenrnagar is investigating the case.

5.      90 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 20,890/- was recovered under M.V. Act during last 24 hours.
