CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
1 Case FIR No. 257/13 dated 18/10/13 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Rita Devi W/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O Ropari PO Nasloh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/10/13 at about 8:30 PM when she was going to her home,in mean time Tek Chand R/O Tung came there and obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Shiv Singh I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case .
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2 Case FIR No. 158/13 dated 18/10/13 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by SI Rajesh Kumar that on the secret information he recovered 9000 ML English Wine, 12750 ML Country liquor from the possession of Nand Lal S/O Late Sh. Narayan Singh R/O Batohal PO Behali Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(HP) from his tea-stall . SI Rajesh Kumar SHO of P.S. Karsog is investiagitng the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3 Case FIR No. 159/13 dated 18/10/13 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by ASI Jhabe Ram that on an information he recovered 21000 ML Country liquor from the possession of Mohan Singh S/O Sh. Kandhu Ram R/O Sojha PO Behali Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(HP) from his Kiryana shop situated at Sojha. ASI Jhabe Ram I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF CHEATING.
4 Case FIR No. 260/13 dated 18/10/13 U/S 420, 120(B) IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Mohinder Kumar, Manager Shriram Finance Co. that Ramesh Arya S/O Gian Chand R/O Graouru Tehsil Sarkaghat, Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Khyali Ram R/O Haryali Tanda, Tehsil Sarkaghat and Deepak Kumar S/O Sh. Byas Dev R/O Chandesh Tehsil sarkaghat had financed one JCB from Sriram Finance Co. which was already financed by the Mahindra & Mahinra Co. in year 2012 . Insp. Madan Lal SHO of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
5 Case FIR No. 261/13 dated 18/10/13 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Prem Singh S/O Sh. Neter Singh R/O Tillu P.O. Brikhmani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/10/13 when he was going to his home by Motor Cycle No.(HP33B-3989) which was driven by Sanjay Kumar and reached near Seyoli, in mean time Sanjay lost the contol upon the Moter /Cycle and fell downward from road. HC Chint Ram No. 873 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

6 Case FIR No. 260/13 dated 18/10/13 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Kashmir Singh S/O Sh. Sadh Ram R/O Radu PO Fethapur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi(HP) that on 18/10/13 at about 5:30 PM when his wife went towards cowshed, in mean time Sohan Singh, Pradeep Kumar came there and beat her up. ASI Naresh Kumar I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
7 57 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7550/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 10 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1000/- was recovered and 4 challan were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
