CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No. 271/13 dated 26/10/13 U/S 498A, 504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Shitla Devi W/O Sh. Sunil Kumar R/O Vill. Sulpur PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that she was married during the year 2009 with Sunil Kumar and after some time after of her marriage her husband Sunil Kumar, mother-in-law Amrita Devi and sister-in-law Nishu Devi started to torture her by demanding dowry and her husband also beat her up. SI Sunil Kumar Incharge Police Post Hattli is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No. 272/13 dated 26/10/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Lal Singh S/O Sh. Chuhru Ram R/O Vill. Daundhi PO Nagchala Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/10/13 Deepu S/O Sh. Prabhu Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Kewal Singh No. 20 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3. Case FIR No. 271/13 dated 26/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Junja Ram R/O Syanh PO Lohara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/10/13 he was going from Nerchok to his native place at Sayanh, in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP32A-0257) came very rashly from Baggi side and hit a girl who was standing on the road side who sustained injuries and referred to PGI Chandigarh for treatment. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4. 61 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8500/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 5 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
