CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1.      Case FIR No. 161/13 dated 31/10/13 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Thakru Ram Incharge Police Post Ghatta that on 31/10/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials near Bir road and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3000 ML country liquor from the possession of  Raman Mahant S/O Sh. Safar Chand R/O Badehar PO Mohanghati Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Thakru Rm Incharge Police Post Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 90/13 dated 01/11/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dinesh Singh S/O Sh. Dhayan Singh R/O Vill. Lunapani PO Bhangrotu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Manid (HP) that on 01/11/13 a scooter (CH03H-5595) came from Nerchowk side hit a M/Cycle (HP33A-7295) and four persons sustained injuries. HC Karan Singh No. 24 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3.      Case FIR No. 279/13 dated 01/11/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Bhup Singh S/O Sh. Sukhman R/O Vill. Raw PO Diyargi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Surat Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4.      Case FIR No. 121/13 dated 01/11/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI Naveen Jhalta SHO of P.S. Gohar that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 26 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Damodar Dass S/O Sh.  Pratap Singh R/O Vill. Bagdehani PO Bihani Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Naveen Jhalta SHO P.S. Gohar  is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5.      Case FIR No. 122/13 dated 01/11/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI Naveen Jhalta SHO of P.S. Gohar that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12  bottles of country liquor from the possession of Sohan Singh S/O Sh. Jaisi Ram R/O Vill. Mahroti PO Rumani Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP).   SI Naveen Jhalta SHO P.S. Gohar is  investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPAS, RIOTING, MISCHIEF AND RASH & ACT ENDAGERING LIFE OR PERSONALSAFETY OF OTHERS

6.      Case FIR No. 242/13 dated 01/11/13 U/S 451,147,149,336,504,427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ramjan Mohammad S/O Sh. Farzand Ali R/O Vill. Dugrain Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 31/10/13 he was present in his house, in the mean time Jan Mohammad S/O Sh. Sakhi Mohammad and his relatives Aakil, Ansar, Sahjadu, Tahir, Kaku, Raffika, Akki, Munna and Kalu entered in his house and beat up his mother Ishmail Bibi and also pelted stone upon his house. ASI Prakash Chand I.O. of P.S. Sunderngagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7.      Case FIR No. 241/13 dated 31/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Miss Jayoti Bala D/O Sh. Makrail Singh VPO Rakhoh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 31/10/13 she along with her friend Miss Monika Sen D/O Sh. Gian Singh R/O Kangar PO Rajwari Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) crossed the road near SBI Bank at Salah, in the mean time a scooty (HP33E T-9166) came from Bhojpur side very rashly and hit her friend Monika and she sustained injuries. HC Khem Chand No. 47 I.O. of TTR Wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CHALLAN

8.      55 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9500/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 5  challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
