CRIME REPORT 7 NOV

CASE OF HURT

1.      Case FIR No. 126/13 dated 07/11/13 U/S 323,325,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Dola Ram S/O Sh. Puran Chand R/O Vill. Surah PO Nandi Tehsil Chachiot Distt. MAndi (HP) that on 10/10/13 his brother Naresh Kumar, Khimi Devi W/O Sh. Naresh Kumar, Monika D/O Sh. Naresh Kumar and Bahadur Singh beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

2.      Case FIR No. 244/13 dated 07/11/13 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajender Singh Minhans S/O Sh. Jagat Singh VPO Banola Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur at present JTO BSNL Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that some unknown culprits stole away cable wire of their department of worth Rs. 53,000/- between places from Kapahi to Derdu. HC Girdhari Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.      Case FIR No. 94/13 dated 07/11/13 has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Dole Ram S/O Sh. Tek Singh R/O Vill. Agemani PO Sahani Tehsil Bhuntar Distt. Kullu that on 06/11/13 he was travelling by a Haryana Roadways bus (HR55R-3705) and when said bus reached at Banala, driver of said bus lost control over it and rolled down about 40/50 feet downward in Beas river and 10 passengers of said bus sustained injuries. HC Kuldeep Singh No. 409 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF MISCHIEF BY FIRE

4.      Case FIR No. 278/13 dated 06/11/13 U/S 435 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Roshani Devi W/O Sh. Pratap Singh R/O Vill. Rumka Chauni PO Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/11/13 2200 bundles of grass of worth Rs. 15,000/- were burnt by some unknown persons. HC Baldev Singh No. 896 I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

5.      64 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6400/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and one challan was  issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
