CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT
1. Case FIR No. 297/13 dated 16/11/13 U/S 451,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Malti Devi W/O Late Sh. Mahajan VPO Kathaun Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/11/13 Seema Devi W/O Sh. Kashmir Singh entered in her courtyard and beat her up. HC Malkiat Singh No. 57 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF KIDNAPPING
2. Case FIR NO. 254/13 dated 16/11/13 U/S 363 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dalip Chaudhary S/O Sh. Chaman Lal R/O Vill. Jaral PO Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/11/13 his son Ankush Chaudhary went to school and he didn't come back. He suspected that some unknown culprits kidnapped his son. ASI Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
3. 75 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9100/- was recovered under M.V. Act and1 challan was issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
