CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

1. Case FIR No. 98/13 dated 25/11/13 U/S 451,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Dharmu Ram S/O Sh. Funu Ram R/O Vill. Ropa Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/11/13 Sarwan Kumar and his brother Sunder Singh came there and beat him up. ASI Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 290/13 dated 24/11/13 U/S 448,379,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Gian Chand S/O Sh. SOhan Lal R/O School Bazaar Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) Meena Kumari, Parvesh Sharma and Sanju stole away his ancestral property. SI Sunil Kumar Incharge Police Post Hattli is investigating the case.

3.      Case FIR No. 278/13 dated 25/11/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Inder Singh S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O Galu PO Baloh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/11/13 Daulat Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Manoj Kumar No. 50 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

4.      Case FIR No. 304/13 dated 25/11/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Leela Devi W/O Sh. Hem Singh R/O Vill. Kalehari PO Sardhwar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/11/13 her sister-in-law obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Lal Singh No. 80 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

5.      Case FIR No. 128/13 dated 25/11/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Saneh Lata W/O Sh. Tikka Singh R/O Bajoun PO Bihani Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/11/13 Uday Singh S/O Sh. Puran Singh obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Krishan Kumar No. 900 I.O. of P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT

6.      Case FIR No. 129/13 dated 25/11/13 U/S 353,332 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Nag Raj VPO & Tehsil Thuna at present conductor in HRTC Depot Rampur Distt. Shimla that on 24/11/13 he was on duty with a HRTC bus which was bounded from Rampur to Gadhagosai and when said bus reached at Mayach, in the mean time Nishu and Govind Ram came there and they beat him up. HC Krishan Kumar No. 900 I.O. of P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.
