CASE OF ATTEMPT TO MURDER,CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND HURT AND UNDER ARMS ACT

1.      Case FIR No. 125/13 dated 04/11/13 U/S 307,506,323 IPC and U/S 25 of Arms Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Devinderi Devi W/O Sh. Hukam Chand R/O Vill. Drashi PO Moviseri Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/11/13 her husband Hukam Chand beat her up and also shot a fire with his gun upon her. ASI Kuldeep Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 92/13 dated 04/11/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M. V. Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Budhi Singh R/O VPO Nagwain Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was going from Nagwain towards his home, in the mean time a Volvo bus (HP01-3545) came from Kullu side a M/Cycle (HP34A-05522) came from opposite side and said bus hit said M/Cycle and rider of the M/Cycle sustained injuries. HC Harbans Singh No. 68 is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCS AGAINST A PUBLIC SERVANT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3.      Case FIR No. 286/13 dated 04/11/13 U/S 353,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Gurdev Thakur S/O Sh. Chet Ram Thakur R/O Ropa Nalwari PO Galma Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/11/13 Om Prakash S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Ropa Nalwari PO Galma Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi came in his car (HP32-1047) and attacked upon him with a screw driver and also threatened to him. SI Sandeep Sharma I.O. of P.S.Balh is investigating the case.

4.      Case FIR No. 91/13 dated 04/11/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Bharti W/O Sh. Guljari Lal R/O Village Chandkufar PO Rohanda Tehsil Sundernagr Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/11/13 Dhameshwar Dutt resident of same locality obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Rajender Thakur I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar is investigating the case.

5.      Case FIR No. 92/13 dated 04/11/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Devinder Kumar S/O Sh. Girdhari Lal R/O Vill. Handoh Doghra PO Jai Devi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/11/13 Nand Lal S/O Sh. Lachhmu Ram R/O Vill. Handoh PO Jai Devi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt.  Mandi obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Chaman Lal No. 12 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case.

6.      Case FIR No. 243/13 dated 04/11/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dharmender Kumar S/O Sh. Bhadur Singh R/O Bah PO Gaggal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is a conductor with tanker (HP33C-8000) and driver Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Ruldu Ram is as driver with said tanker that on 04/11/13 they were going to Bhatinda by above mentioned tanker and at about 9 PM when they reached near PWD Rest House Sundernagar a M/Cycle (HP31A-2569) came from Lalit Chowk side very rashly and struck the M/Cycle with said tanker and rider of said tanker Lalit Kumar S/O Sh.Chaman Lal R/O Dodwan PO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar sustained injuries. ASI Prakash Chand I.O. of P.S.Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

7.      Case FIR No. 166/13 dated 05/06/13 U/S 342,323,325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Jaiwanti Devi W/O Sh. Deep Ram R/O Vill. Durkanu PO Balindi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/11/13 her husband Deep Chand restrained her in a room and beat her up. ASI Shanti Swaroop I.O. of P.P. Pangna is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

8.      Case FIR No. 276/13 dated 04/11/13 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ravinder Kumar S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Vill. Batoh PO Maseran Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/11/13 he along with Anil Kumar were going to their home and when they reached near Chandesh, in the mean time 7/8 persons came there and beat up both of them. HC Nand Lal No. 41 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

9.      Case FIR No. 277/13 dated 05/11/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Khem Chand S/O Sh. Garabu Ram R/O Vill. Badresha PO Beri Brang Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Satish Kumar S/O Sh. Surhu Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Inder Singh No. 7 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

10.  56 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 5000/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 8challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
