CASE OF HURT
1. Case FIR No. 167/13 dated 08/04/13 U/S 323,325,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Jagdamba Prasad S/O Late Sh. Lehnu Ram R/O Vill. Chho PO Chalaharag Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Sohnu along with his wife and son beat him up and also pushed him from the lanter oh his house and he sustained injuries. SI Vishal Rathore I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2. Case FIR No 280/13 dated 08/11/13 U/S 39 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by SI Sunil Kumar Incharge Police Post Hattli that on 08/11/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of paroling he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Naveen Kumar S/O Sh. Suresh Kumar R/O Vill. Bhater Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Sunil Kumar Incharge Police Post Hattli is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
3. 79 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8800/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 9 challan was issued under M.V. Act and fine Rs. 1200 was recovered during last 24 hours.
