CASE OF NDPS ACT

1        Case FIR No. 276/13 dated 23/11/13 U/S  20 of NDPS  Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar  by SI Sanjeev Kumar   SHO of  P.S. Sadar that on 23/11/13  he laid a  nakka  along with other police officials  and  during  the course  of  nakka they carried out the search of  Bus No. (HP65-0444) and  recovered  275 Gms. Cannabis (charas) from the possession of  Digvijay Chouhan S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram Chouhan R/O House No. 155 Ward No. 5 Palace Colony Mandi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  SI Sanjeev Kumar  SHO of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF RIOTING, CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2        Case FIR No. 277/13  dated 23/11/13 U/S 147, 148, 149,452,342, 506, 120(B) IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the  order of court U/S 156(3) Cr. P.C.  and  on  the  complaint of Smt.  Sukhbinder Kaur W/O Sh. Lakhbinder Singh  R/O  Bhaini Sahib Distt. Ludhiyana(PB)  presently residing at  Guru ki Kothi(Khaliyar) Mandi, Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 4/11/13 at about  6:15 PM   Harvinder Singh,  Hardeep Singh, Kulwinder, Mani, Paras Ram, Lov, Lovinder Singh, Uday Singh, Bhag Singh, Lakhvinder Singh,  Harpal Singh,  Gurpreet Singh,, Lali, Parminder, Naveen  and  Sweety  entered into  the courtyard of   (Guru Ki Kothi) area  at Khaliyar  and  threatened  her with dire consequence . SI Chet Ram I/C of  PP City is investigating the case .

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT  

3        Case FIR No. 260/13  dated 23/11/13  U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the  complaint of Sh. Khem Singh   that he is working as a conductor along with  Bus No. (HP31B-7660). On  23/11/13 when  the drive of the above said Bus stopped the Bus at Kanaid, in mean time  a  Scooter  came   rashly  from Nerchowk  side and  collided  with  bus from back side . HC   Vinod Kumar  I/O of  High Way Traffic  is investigating the case .

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4        Case FIR No. 261/13 dated 23/11/13 U/S  341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the  complaint of  Sh.  Babu Ram S/O Sh.  Chimanu Ram R/O  Panta PO  Slapper  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  when he was going to his house along with his wife, in mean time  Paras Ram came there  and obstruct  their  way and  beat both of them and also threatened with dire consequence .  ASI Brij Lal  I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case .

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDTION

5        Case FIR No.  262/13  dated 23/11/13 U/S  341,  323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on the complaint of  Sh. Paras Ram  S/O  Sh.  Chuha Ram  R/O  Slapper  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on 23/11/13 when he returned back to  his home  from Sundernagar , in mean time  Babu Ram  S/O  Sh.  Chimanu Ram resident of same locality  came there and obstruct his way and beat him up and  also threatened  with dire  consequence .  ASI  Brij Lal I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

6        56 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9200/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 3 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered   and  1 challan were issued under Mining Act  and fine of Rs.  4600-/-  was recovered during last 24 hours.
