 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1.     Case FIR No. 267/13 date4d 10/11/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Vijay Kumar Incharge SIU Mandi that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 22500 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Hem Chand S/O Sh. Tara Chand VPO Balt Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Vijay Kumar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2.     Case FIR No. 168/13 dated 10/11/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been  registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Shanta Devi W/O Sh. Ghanshyam R/O Vill. Bhadyara PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/11/13 Dumnu Ram obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Thakru Ram Incharge Police Post Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3.     Case FIR No. 169/13 dated 10/11/13 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Amar Singh S/O Sh. Mahant Ram R/O Vill. Bhachkera PO Tikkru Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/11/13 Gian Chand S/O Sh. Mahant Ram and Naul R/O Bhatchkera obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Satpal I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.     Case FIR No. 168/13 dated 10/11/13 U/S 279,337,304 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt Aprna Thakur W/O Sh. Bhupender Kumar R/O Vill. Belar Dhar PO Sohshan Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/11/13 she was coming back to her home by a car (HP30-1037) and when said car reached near Sanarli driver of said car lost control over it and met with an accident due to which two persons died on the spot. ASI Amar Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5.     Case FIR No. 88/13 dated 11/11/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Prithi Chand S/O Late Sh. Chuhru Ram R/O VPO Dohag Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/11/13 he went to Jogindernagar along with his wife by his car (HP29A-1313) and when he reached at Urla then a car (HP34D-3099) came from Urla side very rashly and negligently and hit to his car due to which he along with his wife sustained injuries. ASI Jagdish Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.     Case FIR No. 89/13 dated 11/11/13 U/S 279.337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Achhar Singh S/O Sh. Keshav Ram R/O VPO Sillykhadd PO Kuffri Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today a M/Cycle rider Ajay Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Singh R/O Kasla PO Kathog Tehsil & Distt. Padhar came very rashly and negligently with his M/Cycle (HP76-0297) from Narla side and hit him due to which he sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

7.     86 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,800/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 8 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
