CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1        Case FIR No. 303/13 dated 22/11/13 U/S  39 of  Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh  by  ASI Joginder Singh   that on 22/11/13  at about 4:30 PM when he was on patrolling along with other police officials towards Baggi   then during the course of patrolling  he recovered  18000 ML  Country liquor from the possession of  Bhikham Ram  R/O Palli P.O. Chunahan Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  from  his shop. ASI Joginder Singh I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case .

CASE OF ARMS ACT

2        Case  FIR No.172/13  dated 22/11/13 U/S  25 of Arms Act & 336 IPC  has been registered in P.S. karsog on the  complaint of Sh. Hira Mani S/O Sh.  Paras Ram R/O Ropri PO Jassal  Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 19/11/13  at about  7PM  when he  was coing back to his house from the work and reached near Bhalan Khadd, in mean time  some unknown person  shot  him  negligently on his right arms . ASI Amar  Singh I/O of P.S. karsog is investigating the case .

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASHNESS

3        Case FIR No. 275/13  dated 22/11/13  U/S  279, 337 , 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. sadar  on the complaint of  Sh. Hemant Kumar  S/O SH.  Mast Ram R/O Vir  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 22/11/13  at about 11:45 AM  when he was going to Kadkoh School by his  Alto Car No. (HP33B-1742) and reached near Lagdhar Nallah, in mean time   vehicle No.(HP21A-6868) came  rashly from Dharampur side and hit his above said car  and fell downward from the  road  and driver of   the vehicle died on the spot .  HC Rajmal No. 865 I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi (HP) is investigating the case .

CASE OF ROBBERY

4        Case FIR No. 97/13  dated 22/11/13 U/S  392 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut on the  complaint of  Sh. Ahul Vedi S/O Late Sh.  Kuldeep Vedi Gali No-2 Ambedkar Nagar -33 Futa Road  GassPura Ludiyana(PB)  presently  R/O Dhantu PO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi(HP) that he  sales the readymade cloths by his Vehcile Car  No.(HP31B-1069). On 22/11/13 at about 9PM  when he was going to  Banjar  by his above said vehicle and reached near Largi Dam, in mean time  five person came there and beat him up and also snached his  above said vehicle  along with Rs.1,62000-/- and  readymade cloths. HC  Parakaram Singh I/O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case .

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS AND THEFT

5        Case FIR No.174/13 dated 22/11/13 U/S 447, 379 has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Viswanath S/O Late Sh.  Chharundu R/O  Saral P.O. Dohag Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi(HP) that he is the owner of land Khasra No. 355 Muhal Sarli . on 10/11/13   Savero Devi W/O Sh.  Ram Prakash resident of same locality cut down the three tress from his land  having  cost Rs. 25000/-.  SI Yog Raj I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case .

  CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND, HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6        Case FIR No. 289/13  dated 23/11/13 U/S  498(A), 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the  complaint of  Smt. Ruma Devi  W/O Sh.  Sarwan Kumar  R/O Jol P.O. Sandhol Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi(HP) that she was married with  Sarwan Kumar . after one year of her marriage  her husband,  DharamPal, Smt.Saina Devi, Mamta Devi & Manju Devi started to harass & derogatory remarks upon her by demanding  the dowry  and also threatened with dire consequence . ASI  Bidhi Chand I/C of PP Sandhole is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

7       152 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9900/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 6challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered    and  5 challan were issued under Mining Act  and fine of Rs. 4500  was  recovered   during last 24 hours.
