CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 265/13 dated 03/11/2013 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Meena Devi W/O Sh. Devender Kumar R/O Dibhalu PO Tarnoh Tehsil Sadar Distt,. Mandi (HP) that on 03/11/13 Chinta Devi W/O Sh. Hem Singh obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Raj Mal No. 856 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 283/13 dated 03/11/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Ba;h on the complaint of SH. Prem Sukh S/O Sh. Naryanu Ram R/O Ner PO Bhangrotu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/11/13 Ravi S/O Sh. Gian Chand R/O Jawali PO Pattarighat, Komal Chand along with other three persons came in a Santro Car (HP01K-2425) and beat him up and sped away from the spot. HC Kamal Kant No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 284/13 dated 04/11/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Chand S/O Sh. Chhaju Ram R/O Dhiun Dhar PO Rewalsar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi  (HP) that on 03/11/13 a person obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Lal Singh I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No. 285/13 dated 04/11/13 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Gurmeet Singh S/O Sh. Khushbakash Singh R/O VPO Ratti Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/11/13 a maxima Mini Van (HP33C-3788) collided with a tipper (HP65-2010) and driver of Maxima namely Khem Chand succumbed to his injuries while on the way to hospital. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No. 87/13 dated 04/11/13 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Anirudh S/O Late Sh. Panju Ram R/O Vill. Neri PO Bijani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/11/13 Sher Singh and his son Kaul Singh beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Hasan Ali I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

6. Case FIR No. 275/13 dated 04/11/13 U/S 448,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Nisha Devi W/O Sh. Desh Raj R/O Vill. Ropa Thathat that on 03/11/13 Vikku and Rocky both are resident of Ropa Thathar entered in her house and beat up her husband. ASI Sunil Kumar Incharge P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

7. Case FIR No. 164/13 dated 03/11/13 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Kumari Diksha D/O Sh. Naresh Kumar R/O Vill. Majhwar PO Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/11/13 Madho Ram S/O SH. Jodha Ram and his wife Shanto Devi  obstructed her way along with her sister and beat up both of them. HC Chaman Lal No. 38 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

8. Case FIR No. 165/13 dated 04/11/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt, Shakuntla Devi W/O Sh. Madho Ram R/O Ghamrehar PO Jalpehar Tehsil JOgindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/11/13 Sanjay Kumar, Ragni, Deepika and Shakuntla obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Vinod Singh I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

9.      15  challans were issued and fine of Rs. 2700/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan were issued under M.V. Act and fine Rs. 100 was recovered during last 24 hours.
