CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1.      Case FIR No. 252/13 dated 14/11/13 U/S 451,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Dipa Devi W/O Sh. Karam Singh R/O Tatahar PO  Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/11/13 Karam Singh S/O Sh. Birbal R/O Tatahar entered in her courtyard threw stones upon her son Vikrant and  maternal grandmother Sawaru Devi and they sustained injuries. HC Girdhari LalNo. 30 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 269/13 dated 14/11/13 U/S 279 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Hans Raj S/O Sh. Khem Chand R/O Bara Gaon PO Pali (Drang) Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/11/13 he was going along with his son by his car (HP76-0148) to Mandi and when said vehicle reached at Khaliar near Agriculture office, in the mean time a Auto (HP65-3397) came from Bijani side very rashly and negligently and hit his car and sped away from the spot. HC Chaman Lal No. 909 I.O. of Highway Wing Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3.      Case FIR No. 294/13 dated 14/11/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Jeevna Devi W/O Sh. Prakash Chand R/O Vill. Chahari PO Dasehra Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/11/13 her sister-in-law(Devrani) obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Sushil Kumar Incharge Police Post City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.      Case FIR No. 295/13 dated 14/11/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S.Balh on the complaint of Sh. Nirmal Singh S/O Sh. Fateh Ram R/O Vill. Baga Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/11/13 he was going by his  M/Cycle (HP32B-1409)  from Mandi to Nerchowk along with his maternal uncle and when they reached at Bagla, a bus (HP65-33112) hit his M/Cycle and they both sustained injuries. HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

5.      74 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7600/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 3 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
