CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 288/13 dated 06/11/13 U/S 21 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of P.S. Balh that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bhangrotu and during the course of patrolling he recovered 38 Gram smack from the possession of Umesh Chandel S/O Sh. Girja Nand R/O VPO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. MAndi (HP). HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND MISCHIEF

2. Case FIR No. 287/13 dated 05/11/13 U/S 341,323,427,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Karan Chandel S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram that two persons obstructed his way and beat him up. SI Munish Sharma I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 166/13 dated 05/11/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 184 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Kumar S/O SH/ Bal Bahadur R/O VPO Mailpunna Tehsil & Distt. Surket Nepal at present resident of Vill. Gulana PO Tulah Tehsil Labbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/11/13 he was playing with other children in the mean time a vehicle of white colour came from Ladbharol side, hit him and sped away from the spot. HC Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No. 92/13 dated 05/11/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Smt. Uma Devi W/ Sh. Talwa Ram R/O Vill. Kashana Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/11/13 at about 3.30 PM she was going along with her husband from Nagwain towards Garsha by M/Cycle (HP33A-5278) and on the way a car (HP65-2993) came very rashly and negligently from Kullu side and struck to their M/Cycle due to which her husband Talwa Ram and her child Karan sustained injuries. HC Hanbans Lal No. 68 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

5.      37 challans were issued and fine of Rs.3200/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
