CRIME REPORT

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR No. 292/12 dated 27/11/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Kapil Dev R/O Vill. Badresha PO Brang Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/11/13 at about 8PM he was sitting in his courtyard, in the mean time a vehicle came from Chhattar side and fell down about 150/200 mtrs. downwards. On this he went to the spot along with other peoples of the locality and they found that a vehicle (HP01M-1047) rolled down from the road which was driven by Sushil Kumar S/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O Vill Chhattar PO Brang Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Suresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 93/13 dated 27/11/13  U/S 279,337,338 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Shiv Kumar S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram R/O Vill. Seeh PO Kunnu Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/11/13 a bolero jeep (HP76-0121) came from Padhar side and when it reached at Mohardhar, it rolled down  from the road due to rash and negligent driving of driver Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Duni Chand R/O Vill. Riggar PO Kunnu Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP). HC Prem Singh No. 75 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3.      Case FIR No. 266/13 dated 28/11/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Ram Swaroop Incharge Police Post Dehar that he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Alsu and during the course of nakka he recovered 852 bottles of English Wine & 756 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Ajmer Singh S.O Sh. Pyar Singh R/O Bhadoli Khurd Tehsil Jhanduta Distt. Bilaspur (HP), Mukesh Kumar S/O Madan Lal R/O Palthi Tehsil Ghuarmwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) and Sharuti Kant S/O Sh. Ram Dayal R/O Dalyana Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP). ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

4.      80 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9300/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 5 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
