 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1.      Case FIR No. 99/13 dated 25/11/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Sunder Lal S/O Sh. Sohan Lal R/O Ropa PO Rahala Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/11/13 Dharmu Ram S/O Sh. Finhu Ram and Pawani Devi W/O Sh. Dharmu Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF NON-ATTENDANCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM PUBLIC SERVANT

2.      Case FIR No. 100/13 dated 25/11/13 U/S 174 A IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 69 I.O. of P.S. Aut that he along with Constable Shashi Kumar were on search of PO Kamlu @ Mohan Lal and during the course of search of above PO they succeeded to arrest him on 25/11/13 at 6 PM. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 69 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3.      Case FIR No. 175/13 dated 26/11/13 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vikash Kumar S/O Sh. Rewat Ram R/O Kohra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/11/13 he along with his cousin were coming back from Baijnath and when they reached at Chauntra Bazaar, Jeetu obstructed his their way and beat up them. ASI Govind Ram I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.      

 

 CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4.      Case FIR No. 263/13 dated 25/11/13 U/S 353,332,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Late Sh. Lal Chand R/O Vill. Koth Santokh Rai PO Tariwal Tehsil and District Gurdaspur (PB) at present resident of quarter No. SL2/169 Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/11/13 Sohan Singh Fireman obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Tara Chand No. 876 I.O. of Slapper is investigating the case.

5.      Case FIR No. 264/13 dated 25/11/13 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Narender Pal S/O Late Sh. Lal Chand R/O Vill. Koth Santokh Ra PO Tariwal Tehsil and Distt. Gurdaspur (PB) at present resident of Quarter No. SL2/181Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/11/13 Sohan Singh obstructed his way and beat him up alongwith his sister Sneh Lata. HC Tek Chand No. 902 I.O. of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

6.      71 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9300/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
