CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS & THEFT
1. Case FIR No. 289/13 dated 09/11/13 U/S 447,379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Prakash Chand S/O Late Sh. Surjan Singh R/O Karnehad PO Galma Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/11/13 he found that two trees were cut-down and stole away by Murari R/O Galma from his land. HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
2. 112 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 5 challan was issued under M.V. Act and fine Rs. 500 was recovered during last 24 hours.
