CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.      Case FIR No. 123/13 dated 01/11/2013 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI (P) Nirmal Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar that on 01/11/13 he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Bagsaid and during the course of nakka he recovered 100 Gram cannabis (cahras) from the possession of Roop Singh SO Sh. Sher Singh R/O Vill. Chhela PO Shikawari Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) and Jiwa Nand S/O Sh. Lal Man R/O Vill. Khunagi PO Bagsaid Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP). SI (P) Nirmal Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

           

2.      Case FIR No. 124/13 dated 01/11/13 U/S 365/366 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the written complaint of a person resident of  Fangyar PO Kot Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/11/13 Narender Kumar @ Nindu S/O Sh. Lal Singh VPO Chachiot Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) kidnapped his daughter. ASI Ram Krishan I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTNG WAY AND HURT

3.      Case FIR No. 162/13 dated 01/11/13 U/S 341,324 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Sansar Chand S/O Late Sh. Chamaru Ram R/O Kotchu PO Ghamiru Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/11/13  Kuldeep Singh S/O Sh. Badan Singh attacked upon his uncle Prithi Singh and he sustained injuries. ASI Karan Singh Incharge Police Post Ladbharol is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.      Case FIR No. 264/13 dated 01/11/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Narayan Singh S/O Late Sh. Hari Singh R/O Vill. Murahal PO  & Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/11/13 he was going to his home by his car (HP32B-0434) and when he reached near Rani-Ki-Bain, a car (MH12GK-3012) came from Sundernagar side very rashly and hit his car and he along with his family members sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal I.O. of Highway Patrol is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5.      Case FIR No. 274/13 dated 01/11/13 U/S 498A,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Neha Thakur W/O Sh. Pawan Kumar R/O VPO Marhi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that she was married during the year 2009 with Pawan Kumar and after her marriage her husband Pawan Kumar, father-in-law Mangat Ram, mother-in-law Geeta Devi and Reena Devi started to harass her and also beat her up. ASI Nasib Singh Incharge Police Post Dharampur is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

6.      Case FIR No. 281/13 dated 02/11/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sukh Ram S/O Sh. Bhagat RamR/O VPO Leda Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/11/13 at about 6 PM Duni Chand and Moti Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Sushil Kumar Incharge Police Post Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

 

7.      77  challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,100/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was  issued under M.V. Act and fine Rs. 100 was recovered during last 24 hours.
