CASE OF NDPS ACT
1. Case FIR NO. 131/13 dated 28/11/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S. Gohar that on 28/11/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 35 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Sher Singh @ Sheru S/O Sh. Prem Lal R/O Vill. Burara PO Chiuni Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP). HC Deep Chand I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
2. Case FIR No. 309/13 dated 28/11/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Lalit Kumar S/O Sh. Diwakar Kumar R/O Vill. Samlehra PO Kothi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/11/13 Neelma, Chuni Lal and Taru obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Lal Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
3. Case fir No. 308/13 dated 28/11/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Chitra Lekha D/O Sh. Dinesh Kumar R/O Vill. Kabalkot PO Kothi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/11/13 Kaku S/O Sh. Ashok Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Lal Singh I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4. Case FIR No. 310/13 dated 28/11/13 U/S 279 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Kaul Singh S/O Sh. Lal Ram R/O Vill. Serla Khabu PO Thina Galu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/11/13 a car (HP32A-1708) came very rashly and hit his car (HP33T-9637). SI Sandeep Sharma I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

5. 80 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14,800/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
