CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 167/13 dated 08/11/13 U/S 341,353,332,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Kripa Ram S/O Sh. Jagat Ram RO Vill. Porla PO Twan Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) at present driver in HRTC Sub Depot Karsog that  he was on duty with a HRTC bus which was on its way from Karsog to Shimla and when said bus reached at  Churag, Paras Ram obstructed his way and beat him up and also broke the mirror of said bus. ASI Shashi Kumar I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

Katli PO Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/11/13 Balbir Singh S/O Sh. Keshav Singh R/O Vill. Chhattar PO JugahanTehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) and his family members obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Prakash Chand I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

Chhattar PO Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/11/13 Narpat Ram S/O Sh. Bhadru Ram R/O Vill. Katli PO Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) and his family members obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Lalit Kumar No. 26 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

Slapper (Patta) PO Slapper Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/11/13 Vipin Kumar and Vinit Kumar S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram and Jaya Dai W/O Sh. Bhagat Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Tek Chand No. 902 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 248/13 dated 07/11/13 U/S 324,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vinit Kumar S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram R/O VPO  Slapper Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Roshan Lal obstructed his way along with his brother Vipan Kumar and he beat up to both of them. HC Tek Chand I.O. of P.S. Sunderngar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, OBSTRUCTING WAY,HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6.      Case FIR No. 279/13 dated 08/11/13 U/S 452,342,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the written complaint of Smt. Savitra Devi W/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Vill. Kathogan PO Tikkar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/11/13 Het Ram S/O Sh. Johri Ram and his son Dalip Kumar entered in her house and beat her up. SI Parshotam Dhiman I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
