CASE OF OBSTRUCTINGV WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No. 265/13 dated 26/11/13 U/S 341,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Diwan Singh S/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O VPO Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/10/13 Amar Singh, Sher Singh and Jai Singh obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Girdhari Lal No. 30 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2. Case FIR No. 279/13 dated 26/11/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by Inspr. Prakash Chand, Incharge SIU Mandi that on 26/11/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 boxes of country liquor from the possession of Tikesh Kumar S/O Sh. Govind Ram R/O Chandesh PO Kotmorse Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Inspr. Prakash Chand Incharge SIU Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3. Case FIR No. 280/13 dated 26/11/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by Inspr. Prakash Chand, Incharge SIU Mandi that on 26/11/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 18 bottles (13500 ML) country liquor from the possession of Kuldeep Kumar S/O Sh. Tara Chand R/O Chandesh PO Kotmorse Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Inspr. Prakash Chand Incharge SIU Mandi is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4. 74 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
