CRIME REPORT 18 NOV

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1.      Case FIR No. 299/13 dated 17/11/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 bottles (9000 ML) country liquor  from the possession of  Dole Ram S/O Sh. Tej Singh R/O Vill. Chhattar PO Surah Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 300/13 dated 17/11/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Deepak Kumar S/O Sh. Punnu Ram R/O Vill. Purani Mandi (HP) that on 17/11/13 a car (HP34A-9363) came very rashly and collided with a tractor (HP65-9363) and four occupants sustained injuries. HC Kewal Singh No. 20  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.      Case FIR No. 283/13 dated 18/11/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Rama Devi W/O Sh. Subhash Chand R/O Vill. Jamsai PO & Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/11/13 she along with Naresh Kumari, Rajender Pal, Khub Ram and Indu Bala were coming from Palampur to their home by their car (HP28B-1132) and when they reached near Jabrali, their car met with an accident in which four persons sustained injuries and Smt. Naresh Kumari W/O Sh. Rajender Pal R/O Jamsai sustained injuries. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.      Case FIR No. 284/13 dated 18/11/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by HC Baldev Chand No. 896 I.O. of P.P. Hattli that on 17/11/13 he received information that a M/Cycle (HP74-3187) met with an accident near Tamlehar and when he visited the spot he found that a M/Cycle fell down about 200 mtrs downward and nobody was present there. HC Baldev Chand No. 896 is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

5.      39  challans were issued and fine of Rs. 5000/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 8challans were  was issued under M.V. Act and fine Rs. 800 was recovered during last 24 hours.
