CASE OF NDPS ACT
- Case FIR No. 114/12 dated 29/11/12 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by SI Sanjeev Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar that on 29/11/12 at about 7 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Lambadug, in the mean time on suspicion he carried out personal search of a person and recovered 70 gram cannabis (charas) from his possession who was identified as Nim Singh @ Lalu S/O Sh. Dhogri Ram R/O Vill. Andrlimalah PO Lohardi Tehsil Multhan Distt. Kangra (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by SI Sanjeev Kumar SHO P.S. Padhar.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
- Case FIR No. 318/12 dated 30/11/12 U/S 447,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint of Sh. Gursev Singh S/O Sh. Santosh Singh R/O Rani-Ki-Bain PO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that Chandi Prasad S/O Sh. Devi Roop R/O Chadiyara PO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) and his son Rakesh Kumar threatened to the complainant and they have also been encroached the government land. ASI Swarn Roop Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF MURDER AND DISAPPEARANCE OF EVIDENCE OF OFFENCE
- Case FIR No. 191/12 dated 30/11/12 U/S 302,201 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint Arjun Singh S/O Late Sh. Kanshi Ram R/O Vill. Grih Patt PO Bagh Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/11/12 he went to Sunpur and about 06.30 PM when he came back from Sunpur he saw some smoke and smell of burning was coming from the jungle side. On this he went on the spot and found that some un-known persons burnt the body of unknown human being which was burnt partially and nobody was present there. ASI Govind Pal I/C P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
- Case FIR No. 190/12 dated 29/11/12 U/S 279,304A IPC and 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Ghatta on the complaint of Sh. Balbir Singh S/O Sh. Fenfra Ram R/O Dumehar PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was going to Chauntra and when he reached at Dumehar he saw an unknown vehicle hit a person namely Khyali Ram who died later on. HC Thakur Singh No. 31 I.O. of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
- Case FIR No. 210/12 dated 30/11/12 U/S 279/337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Datta Tre Pande S/O Sh. Sita Ram Saran R/O Vill. Dehura PO Patar Tehsil & Distt. Shivam Bihar at present Manger Hotel Caniger Mandi that today at about 02.30 PM he along with Arun Kumar and driver Ramesh Chand were going from Manali to Shimla by an alto car (HP01K-3393) and when they reached near bus stand Sundernagar driver Ramesh Chand lost control over above mentioned vehicle and fell down from the road. In this incident Arun Kumar and driver Ramesh Chand sustained injuries.
CASE OF DEATH BY HANGING
- Kanta Devi W/O Sh. Safria Ram R/O Vill.Rasehar Hawani PO Maseran Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) died by hanging on 29/11/12. Proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. conducted by SI Reeta Devi and dead body of the deceased handed over to the relatives after postmortem.
CASE OF DEATH BY BURNING
7. Krishna Dev S/O Sh Dheru Ram R/O Vill. Garli PO Gharwasra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) succumbed to his injuries at RPGMC Tanda on 29/11/12 who was burnt at his home on 26/11/12. Proceeding U/S 174 Cr. P.C. conducted by HC Chaman Lal No. 28 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat and dead body of the deceased handed over to his relatives after conducting postmortem.
CASE OF DEATH DUE TO COLD AND ILLNESS
8. Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. HarnamSngh R/O Majehar PO Cholgarh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) died today near his home due to cold and illness. Proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. conducted by HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat and dead body of the deceased handed over to relatives after conducting postmortem.
CHALLAN
- 51 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 5700/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 3 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
