CRIME REPORT 29 NOV

CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.     Case FIR No. 317/12 dated 28/11/12 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Brij Lal that on 28/11/12 he was on traffic checking at Bindrabani and during the course of traffic checking he recovered 30 gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Nasib Singh R/O Padiyala Tehsil Bangana Distt. Una (HP) and 39 gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Bikesh Singh S/O Sh. Baldev Singh R/O Padiyala Tehsil Bangana Distt. Una (HP) Both accused have been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Brij Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2.     Case FIR No. 110/12 dated 28/11/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Jagdish Chand No. 36 I.O. of P.S. Aut that on 28/11/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Thalaut and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1125 ML English wine from the possession of Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Jeet Ram R/O Khabal PO Pujarli Tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu at present cook in Markanda Bhojnalya Thalout who sold wine on peg sale basis in said Bhojnalya. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Jagdish Chand No. 36 I.O. of P.S. Aut.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.     Case FIR No. 90/12 dated 28/11/12 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Nirmla Devi W/O Sh. Prabh Dayal R/O Radu PO Upper Behali Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/11/12 at about 12 PM her husband was travelling by a tractor and he fell down from said tractor and later on he died at C.H. Sundernagar. ASI Uttam Chand I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagr is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY, CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND UNDER PREVENTION OF DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY ACT

4.     Case FIR No. 349/12 dated 28/11/12 U/S 283,447 IPC and U/S 3 of PDP Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Hukam Singh S/O Late Sh. Hari Singh VPO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that Sat Pal Sharma of M/S Santro Car and Honda City Gutkar/Chakkar obstructed way by dumping stone on the way and also broke the pipe line of "Govt. Left Bank Jain Irrigation Jain irrigation" with JCB. ASI Thakru Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND THEFT

5.     Case FIR No. 347/12 dated 28/11/12 U/S 447,379,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Gurmit Singh S/O Sh. Kashmir Singh R/O Vill. Malthehar PO Ratti Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/11/12 at about 3.30 PM Sita Devi W/O Sh. Ram Singh, Kunta Devi W/O Sh. Amar Singh, Kaushlya Devi W/O Sh. Inder Singh and Anita Devi cut down the grass from his land and stole away. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.     Case FIR No. 346/12 dated 28/11/12 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Rishi Pal S/O SH. Jai Ram VPO Nerchowk Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 28/11/12 at about 12.50 PM he was going from Nerchowk towards Kalkhar by his car (HP33A-5899) and when he reached at Banaun more, in the mean time an Indica car (DLCAF5417) came from Kalkhar side very rashly and hit his car. HC Suman Kumar No. 39 I.O. of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7.     Case FIR No. 348/12 dated 28/11/12 U/S 279,337 IPC and 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Dhani Devi W/O Sh. Dumnu Ram R/O Vill. Havanu PO Sidhyani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 28/11/12 at about 03.45 PM she along with Hima Devi and her daughter Yamuna Devi and  Dhani Devi W/O Mali Ram were waiting for bus at Ratti bus stop, in the mean time a truck (HP65-4222) came from Nerchowk side very rashly and hit to Hima Devi and her daughter Yamuna Devi @ Reena and sped away from the spot. They both sustained injuries. HC Kewal Singh No. 20 I.O. of  highway patrol is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

8.     84 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,000/-   was recovered under M.V. Act,  13 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered   and 4 challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
