CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1        Case FIR No.177/12 dated 8/11/12 U/S341, 342,  326, 504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Jagdish Chand S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Pavo P.O.Jhamehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)that on 3/11/12  when he was coming back from his sister-in-law's house and reached near link road Pavo in mean time  Vinod kumar , Pawan kumar,Jai Dev S/O Sh. Luxman  , Relu Ram S/O Sh.Devi Ram, Bimla Devi W/O Sh.Jaidev all of R/O Pavo P.O.Jhamehar Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi obstruct his way by the Jeep Mahindra pick-up(GP-29A-3217) and beat him up.ASI Subhash Chand I/C of P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, RIOTING, MISCHIEF, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2        Case FIR No. 178/12 dated 08/11/12 U/S 452, 147,504,506, 427,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  on the complaint of Sh.Amit Kumar S/O Sh. Sarad Singh R/O &P.O. Chountra Tehsil Jogindernagar (HP) that on 7/11/12 while  he was working along with the IPH Plumber in the courtyard of his house in mean time Gurdev Singh S/OSh. Dina Nath, DharmDass S/O Sh.Dina Nath, Virender S/O Gurdev,Bimla Devi W/O Gurdev , Savita Devi W/OVirender Kumar , Krishana Devi W/ODharam Dass, Nisha Devi D/O Sh.Dharm Dass, Dina Nath S/Osh. Nagraj, and  Banwari Lal S/O Gurdev Singh entered into the courtyard of his house and beat him up along with his familyand also threatened with dire consequence .ASI Satpal I/C of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case .

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, RIOTING, INTIMIDATION AND UNDER SC/ST ACT

3        Case FIR No 302/12 dated 08/11/12 U/S 3(X) of SC/ST Act and 341, 143 ,504 IPC has been registered  in P.S.Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Rajender Mohan R/O Chadyana P.O. Dudar Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi(HP) that on  31/10/2012 at about 09.30 PM when on election campaign at Sakota he was  obstructed and abused when on his way back to Mandi by a person who called himself a Major of Army and his associates. They abused him for his caste S/C. SI/SHO Reeta Sharma of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case .

CASE OF RIOTING AND ASSAULT

4        Case FIR No. 299/12 dated  08/11/12 U/S 143,355 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Sarkagaht on the complaint of Nodal officer cum Secretary Nagar Panchayat Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on dated 01/11/12 At about 1:30 P.M. The polling parties were apprised that lunch is ready and that the boarding team is functioning in the ground near the mess who will issued coupons to the officials and polling officials were requested to collect the coupons from the boarding team and in compliance of that order the parties started to collect the coupons but officials named as Pradeep Kumar Sharma P.O Horticulture SMS Janjehli, , Dharmender Kumar TGT GSS Dhar , Hukam Chand Lect. GSS Kanaid , Sunil Kumar JBT office of BEEO Chontra 2nd Lad Bharol ( JBT), Satish Kumar JE HPPWD Sub division -II Joginder Nagar, Amar Singh TGT_APRO Higher Education (Head Master) GHS Simas,Kuldeep Kumar Lect. GSSS(Boy) Joginder Nagar, Bhupinder Singh Lect. GSSS(Girl) Joginder Nagar and Gopal Sharma Village Bhalwan P.O & Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi HP. Formed unlawful assembly with their common object to overawe by criminal force to him as well as boarding team who were public servant and they are exercising their lawful power as such public servants and these persons had shown criminal force and stated that they will not collect the coupons since they are not beggars and they are possessing their identity cards which have been issued by competent authorities and started shouting slogans with out any reasons and due to the act of these persons the atmosphere of the area became tantive and the executions of the work of the election was interrupted. Case is being investigated by (Prob).SI Sanjeev Kumar I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

5        Case FIR No. 300/12 dated  08/11/12 U/S 457/380 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Vimla Devi W/O Hari Chand R/O Dhyan P.O. Maseran Tehsil  sarkaghat  that  on the intervening  night of 7-8/11/12 some unknown persons have stolen away one golden Nath weighing 10 grams and 15000 cash from her home . Total value of the stolen property is Rs. 15800 -/ SI Om Raj I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case .

CASE OF RIOTING AND CRIMINAL INTIMDATION

6        Case FIR No 301/12 dated  08/11/12 U/S 143,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  on the complaint of Sh.Bidhi Chand S/O Lakshman Singh R/O Sakota P.O. Tihra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi  that on  31/10/2012 at about 08.30 PM Joginder Singh S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Lanmbri, Shailnder S/O Hari Singh RO Lagyar , Hem Raj S/O Lal Singh R/O Laagyar, Sanjeev Kumar S/O Mela Ram R/O Sakota, Santosh Kumar S/O Prem Singh R/O Sakota, Pammi S/O Prem Singh and Sanjay Kumar S/O Jagaan Nath R/O Sakota used abusive language and also threatened with dire consequence . HC Narpat Ram  No.886 I/Oof  P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case .

CASE OF SUICIDE

 

7        Case FIR No. 329/12 dated 08/11/12 U/S 306,34 IPC has been registered in  P.S.Balh  on the complaint  of Smt. Leela Devi W/O Luder Mani R/O Village Samloun P.O. Khakhryana P.S. Distt. Mandi. (HP) that her daughter  Bimla Devi was married with Malager Ram S/O Sh. Achhar Ram R/O Ghaour   Distt. Mandi in 1990. On  01/11/12 her daughter Bimla Devi consume some  poisonable material  due to regular harassment  by her husband and his family members and  died at Zonal Hospital Mandi . ASI Om Prakash I/C of  PP Rewalsar is investigating the case .

CHALLAN

8       44challans were issued and fine of Rs. 5100/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 5 challan issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.500-/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
