CASE OF THEFT
1 Case FIR No.321/12 dated 1/11/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Lokesh Kapoor S/O Narender kumar R/O Ratti Distt. Mandi that on 31/10/12 at about 11:30AM he parked his car nearby Govt. Sr. Sec. School Bangrotu when he returned back at about 7:30 PM he did found the car on the spot which was stolen by the unknown culprits.ASI Samsher Singh I/O of PS Balh is investigating the case
2 Case FIR No. 322/12 dated 1/11/12 U/S 341,323, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Diwan Chand S/O Durga Das R/O Vill Mundra P.O. Balh Distt. Mandi that on 1/11/12 at about 9:20AM when he was working in his field in mean time Padam Singh came on the spot and obstructed him and beat him up and also threatened with dire consequence . HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I/O of PS Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No. 191/12 dated 31/10./12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Beli Ram S/O Sh Kaudu Ram R/O Dawardu P.O. Jarol Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi (HP) that on 31/10/12 at about 2:45PM. when he was present at Jarol then Praveen Kumar was crossing the road NH- 21 in mean time one truck TATA 407 No. (HP51-8224) came from Mandi side very rashly and hit the above Praveen Kumar and Praveen Kumar sustained injuries. This accident took place due to rash and negligent driving of above truck driver Praveen Kumar S/O Kishan Chand R/O Tarela Distt Chamba (HP).ASI Khalil Ahmed I/O of High Way Petrol Sunder Nagar is investigating the case.

4 Case FIR No. 102/12 dated 31/10/12 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in PS Aut on the complaint of Sh. Dault Ram S/O Late sh. Alam Chand Village Thanwari P.O. Ghat Distt Mandi (HP) that on 27/10/12 at about 10 PM when he was present at place Thanwari in mean time Govind Ram beat him up and he sustained injury . HC Thakur Singh No.53 I/O of PP Balichowki is investigating the case.
ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE
5 Accused Rattan Lal @ Suresh Kumar S/O Surjan Singh R/O Bhantrehar PO Broti Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi has been arrested in Case FIR No 185/12 dated 18/10/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act P.S. Sundernagar on dated 31/10/12 at 12.30 PM. By HC Hem Raj No 19 I/O of PP Dehar. He will be produced before Ld. Court today.
Accused Rekha Devi W/O Late Sh. Surinder Kumar Vill Dhanrashi PO Kalohoud Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi has been arrested in Case FIR No 83/12 dated 30/10/12 U/S 306 IPC P.S. BSL Colony on 31/10/12.She will be produced before Ld court today
CHALLAN
6 45 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6700/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
