CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1 CaseFIR No.304/12 dated 12/11/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Hira Singh S/O Sh. Bhag Singh R/O Cheleahan P.O. Dhugi Tehsil Sainj Distt. Kullu (HP) that on 12/11/12 at about 3:30 PM when he was going towards kullu in a vehcile No. (HP24-7027) along with his family members and reached near by Jogni Mata Temlple in mean time the Rim of the vehicle released due to the rashly driving of the driver of above said vehicle namely Bhim Sen S/O Dalip Singh R/O Bali Chowki Distt. Mandi (HP) and met to an accident. All the person boarded on said vehicle sustained injury. ASI Karam Chand I/C of High Way Patroll is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST
2 Case FIR No. 304/12 dated 12/11/12 U/S 406 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh.Prittam Chand Manager of PNB Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that Smt. Kesari Devi Sharma W/O Vidiya Sagar R/O Lower Bazaar Behar Sarkaghat Distt Mandi not only failed to deposit loan of Rs. 500000/- as per agreement which was sanctioned to her on 10/03/08 for running a firm M/S Tamanna Electronics at Sarkaghat with loan agreement but also misappropriated the assets against which this loan was given in terms of cash credit limit. ASI Hari Singh I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
3 72challan were issued and fine of Rs. 2600-/- was recovered under MV Act and 2 challan were issued and fine of Rs.200 -/- recovered under COTPA during last 24 hours.
