CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO NEGLIGENT ACT

1        Case FIR No. 106/12 dated 20/11/12 U/S  279, 337, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut  by HC Thakur Singh that on 20/11/12 on an information said HC went on the spot and found   Centro Car No. HP74-0300  fell down about 50 Mtr. downwad  from the road  at Panala  which was driven by Sh.Kham Singh  S/O Bakshi Ram  R/O Khuba  P.O. Sainj  Tehsil  Chaachiot   died on the spot and  Nater Singh S/O Gitan Nand  R/O Dadwash  along with one another person sustained injuries. HC Thakur Singh No. 53 I/O of P.P.Bali Chowki  is investigating the case .

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2        Case FIR No. 204/12 dated 19/11/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Sundernagar  by  HC Vinod Kumar that   when   said  HC was present at Bhour found that M/Cycle No( HP31A-6144) and M/Cycle No (HP31A-0668) came very rashly and hit  to each other. This accident took place due to rash and negligent driving of both Motor cycle rider. In this accident four person's  sustained  injury.  HC Vinod Kumar No 18 I/O of  Highway Sundernagar is investigating the case .

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3        Case FIR No. 111/12 dated 20/11/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Padhar on the complaint  of Sh. Harish Kumar S/O Late Sh. Devi Singh R/O Katipari P.O. Padhar Tehsil  Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/11/12 at about 9.30 AM he put the Marvel machine  in  Auto No. (HP33B-0201) The Auto was driven by Vijay Kumar S/O Ram Lal VPO Padhar at about 10.30am when they reached at Place Bhalana Galli the Driver of Auto lost his Control upon  Auto and rolled down about 100/150 feet from the road . complaint  and Driver Vijay Kumar  sustained injured in this accident. ASI Surender Kumar I/O  of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.  

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4 Case FIR No.310/12dated 20/11/12 U/S 451, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Samtoli Shah S/O Anop Shah R/O Rajpura Sarsandi P.O. Gwalpanda Distt. Madhyapura (Bihar) that  he is  working as a labourer in Mandi  and residing in the house of Smt. Kiran Kumari W/O Late Sh. Naresh Kumar  R/O House No. 234/4 Suhada Mohala on 19/11/12 at about 9:30 PM  when he was present in his room in mean time Ashish @Golu S/O Late Sh. Naresh Kumar came  inton his room and beat him up. HC Inder Singh No. 7 I/O of P.P City Mandi is investigating the case .

CASE OF CHEATING

5 Case FIR No. 131/12 dated  19/11/12 U/S 420 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Gohar by  on the complaint of  Sh.  Saran Dass S/O  Sh.Loharu Ram Vill. Fangwar PO. Devdhar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi against Chaman Lal S/O Dharam Chand Vill. Gadhiman PO. Devdhar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi that the muster rolls were duly issued to the respondents however ,the same were used for carrying out the private work . Permission has not been sought in the MANREGA scheme any payment to the labourers had also not been made . It was mis-utilization and fraud of public money. PSI Nirmal Singh I.O. of this P.S. Gohar is investigating the case .

CHALLAN

6    80challan were issued and fine of Rs. 10,700-/- was recovered  under MV Act and 12challan were issued and fine of Rs.1200 -/- recovered under COTPA  during last 24 hours.
